Church tech without making it complicated.

I help church plants and small churches set up websites, Planning Center, and systems that their own people can actually manage. Fixed prices. No hourly surprises.

Iglesias hispanas?

The Problem?

Most of it lives with one or two people

Every church has systems, whether anyone set them up on purpose or not. There’s a way visitors get followed up. A way giving comes in. A way people hear what’s happening this week.

In a lot of churches, those systems sit with one or two people. Sometimes it’s the pastor. Often it’s a volunteer who said yes three years ago and is still saying yes. They’re doing their best with what they have.

Maybe some of this sounds familiar:

  • A website someone’s nephew built five years ago.

  • A random spreadsheet called “Members FINAL,” with three versions floating around.

  • Connect cards in a folder on the pastor’s desk.

  • Giving through Cash App or Zelle.

  • The church email tied to someone’s personal Gmail account.

  • Every password in one person’s phone.

None of this is wrong. It’s how most churches get started. And it works because the people holding these things keep showing up.

What happens when they can’t?

Where it slips

  • Before they ever visit

Someone in your neighborhood searches for a church. Your site still lists last year’s service time, or it won’t load on their phone. They go somewhere else. You never find out they were looking.

  • After their first Sunday

A visitor fills out a card. It goes in the folder. By the time anyone gets to it, three Sundays have passed and they’ve stopped coming. Nobody dropped the ball on purpose. There was no system to catch it.

  • In the people carrying it

The same few people run sign-ups, check-in, the email list, and the books. Every hour they spend there comes from somewhere: prayer, sermon prep, their family, rest. By spring you can see it on them.

  • When one of them steps away

Someone moves, burns out, or gets sick. The logins leave with them. Now the church can’t update its own website or see who gave last month. You start over, usually at the worst possible time.

Why Acts 6

Acts 6 opens with this problem. The church was growing, and some widows were being overlooked in the daily food distribution. The apostles called everyone together, chose seven trusted people, and put them over the work. Then the word kept spreading.

That’s the idea behind Acts 6 Systems. Put good systems in place, make sure more than one person knows how they work, and don’t let everything depend on one person.

How it works

  • 1. Intake

    Look carefully

A short form and a call. I want to know who’s carrying what right now, what you’re already using, and where things are slipping.

  • 2. Build

    Set it in place

I don’t start from scratch every time. I use the same basic setup and adjust it for your church, your ministries, and what you actually need.

  • 3. Train

    More hands on it

I train the people who will actually use it and leave short walkthrough videos for whoever comes next.

  • 4. Hand off

    Your church owns it

When we’re done, your church has the accounts, the access, and at least two people with admin rights. Your team runs it from there, and I’m still available if you need ongoing help.
